When I schedule a session I get a lot of questions! What should I wear?, how do I coordinate my families clothing?, what do I expect?, Etc.. So I have decided to write a blog about all the questions I have been asked!
Q. What do I wear?
A. Wear what you like, your style! Add some color, color is great in photographs! But remember, I'm shooting YOU not the perfect housewife and her family out of a magazine.
Q. How to I coordinate my families outfits?
A. Say you want to wear a pair of jeans, white shirt, and add a colorful red scarf. Dress your kids in red, hubby in white.
Q. What should I expect during a photo shoot?
A. You may pay before or after the session, if we are outside we will choose the 1st location to start shooting, if you have seen poses on the internet that you like, please feel free to do them, or I can pose you, we will do a few different areas at the location.
Q. Where do you do your sessions at?
A. Anywhere you like! At your home, outdoor at a park or other location, if your not sure feel free to ask and I will tell you some good locations and you can choose from one of them!
Q. When will I get my pictures?
A. After the shoot I will take them home to start proofing them, it depends on how many pictures I take to determine how long it takes me to proof them, it could be anywhere from a couple days up to a week, then I will load them all on a CD and mail them to you! You can then load them on your computer and if you want to order photos you can choose the ones you want.
